Reading this made me feel hopeful and inspired in a quiet, achievable, whimsical way (does that make sense?) Definitely checking out that moon!

I had a magical moment this morning at the state park near my home in Wisconsin. This is the time of year all the migratory song birds start to return. I went out for one of my spring birding walks and I was treated to nothing less then an outdoor symphony. I dont think I walked more than a mile and a half but it took me so long because I kept stopping to listen, to look. To try and match a song with seeing the bird through my binoculars. These tiny beacons of song and beauty surrounded me. At one point I was literally turning in circles, not sure where to look first. I wanted so much to join them in the tree tops, even if only for a moment. I also spotted a tiny patch of wood anemones, a fleeting, impossibly delicate white ephemeral flower.
